The Company's efforts are bearing fruit, and we look forward to continuing to put our placemaking efforts in action and reach new heights in our SD achievements.

Key Achievements:

Ranked 7^th globally and No. 1 in Asia on Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI World)

1^st real estate developer in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland to have 1.5°C-aligned Science-Based Targets approved to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050

Launched the “Fighting Climate Change, We’re All In” communication campaign to encourage stakeholders to work together towards the 1.5°C goal

	SD in Action Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu exemplifies how the five pillars of Swire Properties’ SD 2030 Strategy work in harmony to create sustainable Places.

Places Taikoo Li Qiantan, Shanghai became the first shopping mall in the world to achieve WELL Core Platinum certification. Published a Places Impact Report (Taikoo Li Sanlitun, Beijing) together with Tsinghua University.

	People Announced our new Zero Harm Commitment supported by a Zero Harm framework and roadmap. Celebrated our Community Ambassador Programme’s 20th Anniversary.

Partners HKD946 million spent on sustainable procurement. Launched the Green Performance Pledge (“GPP”) to deepen landlord-tenant partnerships, to help create a more sustainable world.

	Performance (Environment) Taikoo Hui, Guangzhou now powered by 100% renewable electricity. Partnered with the Hong Kong Green Building Council to launch the Advancing Net Zero (ANZ) Ideas Competition.

Performance (Economic) Green financing accounts for approx. 30% of our current bonds and loan facilities. Published our 4^th set of climate-related financial disclosures as per TCFD recommendations.
